

A contract was awarded to Thiess by Leighton Properties and Grosvenor Australia, for the design and construction of the 400 George Street building in Brisbane's CBD.
Leighton Properties and Grosvenor Australia were Joint Venture partners who secured the prominent development site at 400 George Street, and developed an A-grade commercial office space with a 5-Star Green Star rating.
The site is surrounded by Brisbane's Magistrate Court, Commonwealth Law Courts and the planned District Courts, and boasts access to all public transport, major arterials and Queen Street Mall retail precinct.
