Broad Construction Services (WA) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Leighton Contractors, was awarded the contract to build “Alluvion”, a new commercial tower in the CBD of Perth, Western Australia, by joint venture developers Cape Bouvard Investments and Charter Hall.

The ‘A’ Grade office building is located at 54-58 Mounts Bay Road and comprises 22 levels designed to embrace the views of the Swan River and Kings Park.

"Alluvion" was also designed to meet 4 Star Green Star and 4.5 Star ABGR making it one of the first commercial office towers in the Perth CBD to achieve this level of environmental efficiency.
