Description:  

The 7 London Circuit development, located to the west of the city in Civic, ACT, was built by Thiess Pty Ltd on behalf of Leighton Properties.

The development is comprised of two buildings, and is leased to the National ICT Australia Limited, the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry and Malleson Stephen Jaques.

The buildings have been designed with the aim of being both modern and ecologically sustainable and comprise of six storeys, two levels of underground parking with a 4.5 star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR).

The construction has played a significant role in providing a 'facelift' to the city's west precinct area of ACT.
