Leighton Properties developed a prominent commercial building at 80 Pacific Highway, North Sydney. The project featured:

• 13,600 square metres of 'A' grade quality offices;
• 14 commercial office levels;
• 86 car spaces over four basement levels;
• one retail level, providing direct access to the adjoining Greenwood Plaza shopping centre and rail station;
• large floor plates; and,
• excellent exposure and signage.

Leighton Properties sold the development in April 2001 to Investa Property Group for $90.75 million.
