Description:
Leighton International, through its 45%-owned associate Al Habtoor Engineering, has been awarded a contract to construct the Al Bustan mixed use development for the Al Hamid Group. The project is located adjacent to Airport Road in Abu Dhabi.
The Al Bustan complex will comprise of five 17-storey towers above a five-level carpark, and will include:
- a four-star business hotel with 385 rooms
- a 30,000 square metre office tower
- a tower of 250 serviced apartments
- two residential towers with a total of 450 apartments
- retail and dining outlets, and
- parking for 2,000 cars.
