Description:
Habtoor Leighton Group has been awarded a contract by Dubai International Properties for the construction of the Dubai Tower in Doha, Qatar.
The tower will feature 88 floors of luxury residential, retail, commercial and corporate spaces and a 5-star hotel in a built up area of about 292,000 square metres.
The mixed-use tower includes a 7,000 square metres of retail area, a 225-room five-star hotel, 226 luxury apartments, three super luxury penthouses and 29 floors of office space.
The Dubai Tower is being constructed through a joint venture partnership between Habtoor Leighton Group and contracting firm Al Jaber.
