Description:
Leighton International*, through its 45%-owned associate Al Habtoor Engineering, was awarded a contract to construct the Eastern Mangroves Hotel and Resort in Abu Dhabi for the Tourism Development & Investment Company.
The resort delivers a world class lifestyle and tourist destination that contributes to the preservation of the valuable Eastern Mangrove area.
The project included the construction of:
- 223 bedrooms
- 79 chandlery apartments
- 91 marina apartments, and
- 51 luxury apartments.
