Description:  

Al Habtoor Leighton Group was awarded a contract to construct the Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah for the Emerald Palace Group in Dubai.

Formerly known as the Emerald Palace, the project is located in The Palm, the world's largest man made island, and covers almost 100,000 square metres. The Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah is a seven storey classically styled building and features an imposing Palladian dome surrounded by landscaped gardens. The 200 exclusive residences range in size from 165 to 1300 square metres, including spacious terraces or balaconies.

Both residents and hotel guests enjoy first class facilities including:
  • access to the 500 metre long private beach
  • state of the art finess centre and spa
  • a business centre
  • restaurants, and
  • an international shopping arcade.
