Description:  

Leighton International*, through its 45%-owned associate Al Habtoor Engineering, was awarded a contract to construct 11 buildings, named the Executive Towers at Business Bay, Dubai, for Dubai Properties. 

The project scope was to construct 10 prestigeous residential towers and a luxury hotel tower. The Executive Towers development is an impressive cluster of towers dominating the Creek shore, adjacent to the world's tallest building, the Burj Dubai. 

The Executive Towers feature:
  • over 2000 fully equipped apartments
  • a two-level shopping mall
  • fine dining restaurants
  • clinics
  • health clubs
  • swimming pools
  • landscaped gardens
  • elevated courtyards
  • fountain yards, and
  • children's playgrounds.
