Description:
Al Habtoor Leighton Group, through its 45%-owned associate Al Habtoor Engineering, was been awarded a contract to construct the Gary Player designed Saadiyat Beach Golf Course for Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) in Abu Dhabi.
Under the contract, Habtoor Leighton constructed the 18-hole championship golf course and nursery, including shaping, grassing, cart paths, irrigation, landscaping, toilets and refreshment kiosks.
An academy and maintenance building was built in the next phase and a golf clubhouse in the phase after. The Saadiyat Beach Golf Course will elevate Abu Dhabi's status as a leading international golf destination.
