The Green Square North Tower project was part of the environmentally focused Green Square Development project, designed to accommodate over 40,000m² of A-Grade commercial office space over two towers, with high tech utility and community facilities, a child care centre, gymnasium, retail plaza and a residential precinct. The Green Square North Tower, one of the Green Square buildings, is the focal point of the Green Square Development.

• two levels of basement parking for up to 154 car spaces.

The North Tower enjoys 360 degree views to the city, Newstead and the Royal National Association (RNA) Showgrounds. Through environmentally sustainable designs, the North Tower achieved a 6 Star Green Star rating, and has set new benchmarks for sustainable commercial construction in Queensland.  The Green Square Development was a significant step in Brisbane City Council's ongoing Urban Renewal Plan.
