

Leighton Properties and Leighton Contractors were in Joint Venture to design and construct a commercial office precinct known as the HQ Development for 512 Wickham St Pty Ltd. The project is located in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, and is within 500m of Brunswick Street Train Station. It is conveniently accessible to Brisbane's CBD and major arterial road networks.
The development provides approximately 38,500m2 of A Grade office space in two towers and 3000m2 of ground floor retail space.
HQ South comprises of five floors of commercial space and three retail floors and has become the new Queensland headquarters for Leighton Contractors Northern Region. HQ North incorporates ten floors of commercial space and two retail floors.
The HQ Development's commercial space offers tenants environmentally sustainable design that is targeting a Six Star Green Star accreditation. The project is a landmark development in Fortitude Valley.
