Leighton International*, through its 45%-owned associate Al Habtoor Engineering, was awarded a contract to construct the Jumeirah Beach Residence Hotel, Dubai, for Dubai Technology Electronic and Media Zone Authority.

The Jumeirah Beach Residence Hotel is a 24-storey construction covering approx 33,000m². The hotel is located within the Jumeirah Beach Residence, an impressive residential complex spreading across a length of 1.7 kilometres.

The complex feartures a total of 36 residential towers, 4 hotel towers and over 180 retail outlets.
