Leighton Contractors has been awarded a contract by GPT Funds Management to design and construct One One One Eagle Street, a premium grade office development in Brisbane's 'Golden Triangle' precinct.

Leighton Contractors will construct the 44 level tower, comprising approximately 62,000 square metres of office space designed to take advantage of the location and Brisbane River views. The project will also include 100 car parking spaces over six basement levels, ground floor retail space and a business centre.

The building will achieve a Premium Grade Rating through the Property Council of Australia, and is also targeting a Six Star, Green Star Rating through the Green Building Council of Australia.
