Opened in November 1997 – five months ahead of schedule and on budget – Star City is a dynamic casino, hotel, theatre and leisure complex.

Developed by Leighton Properties and built by Leighton Contractors, the complex houses 160 gaming tables and 1,500 slot machines in a themed environment.

A true entertainment experience, Star City also features the 2,000-seat Lyric Theatre, a 900-seat Showroom, a night club, seven restaurants, five bars, a private gaming room, retail and food outlets, banqueting and meeting rooms, hotel and residential facilities, as well as underground parking for 2,500 cars.
