Visionstream, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leighton Contractors was awarded the contract to deliver access and associated services on behalf of Telstra.

Visionstream is a specialist Communications Infrastructure Services company and maintained both new and existing copper and Optic Fibre Access Networks under the contract, and provided onsite connection for Telstra customers for standard telephone, broadband and cable services.
