Al Habtoor Leighton Group has been awarded a contract by the Department of Presidential Affairs for the construction of The Landmark building in Abu Dhabi. The contract is part of a Joint Venture with Consilidated Contractors International Company (CCC).

Located on Corniche Road, The Landmark will comprise of 5 levels of underground car parking space, and 72 floors of commercial and residential space, including apartments, offices, shops, a sky garden and penthouses. The total internal floor area of The Landmark will be 205,000 square metres.

Upon completion, The Landmark will be 330 meters high, and will be the tallest building in Abu Dhabi.
