Mr Phil Cooper has resigned as an Executive and Director of Leighton Contractors Pty Limited for personal reasons and therefore will not be assuming the role of Managing Director.

The Board are pleased to advise that Mr Keith Bennett will continue in his role as Managing Director of Leighton Contractors.

Also, Mr Bob Morris, has been appointed an Executive Director of Leighton Contractors in addition to his role as Manager, Special Projects.
